Today’s meals were fun to make! In them each is:
1/4 cup brown rice
1 mini spring roll
1/2 a serving of the gardein holiday roast
1 Tbsp gravy
1 cup broccoli
Each half is under 200 calories!
The little red things are hot peppers I had in my freezer. I used them mostly for garnish but they made the rice spicy! Ahhhhhh!
I was still hungry after eating the first box, and since classes were canceled due to snow, I ate both halves for lunch.
