Day 19: 30 Days of Vegan Bento

Todays meals are just using up some things. I put in frozen okra, so itll be thawed by lunch, gardein chick’n sliders, baby carrots, olive hummus, some cashews and the rest of my mashed potatoes.
I bought too big of a bag of okra, I need ti find some good fun ways to prep it so I can make room for different veggies!
