Today for lunch I am eating sweet brown rice seasoned with Braggs liquid aminos. In the top tier we have mixed veggies, vegan pepperoni, and my second hand at making japanese styled fried chicken(with Gardein vegan chick’n strips naturally). In the green silicone cup is mixed veggies.
I packed a mini snack bento today! I reused an empty lush container I had on hand(if it was any other brand I probably wouldn’t have dared) as the container. I filled the bottom with cashews and put in vegan pepperoni and a date(they’re getting kinda old, gotta finish em off!). I also folded a pack of teriyaki nori(seaweed) on top. Such a yummy snack!!! I’ll have to pack this up more often!!!
