Wow, only three days to go!
Today’s starch is rice noodles I cooked via microwave(I’ll explain that in the bento class) and they came out PERFECTLY.
I also cooked up some yellow squash and onion, but I didn’t add oil. I took out some for the box itself but added the noodles to the pan with some to finish everything up. The mix could have used some fresh garlic but was still good. I also had a Gardein meatless meatball, and some cantaloupe balls.
A very yummy bento, probably ranking in my top 10, based on the grounds of the noodle dish alone, it wasn’t perfect but it was really good!
