Metallic Sliver; A Magic: The Gathering Bento Box

It’s the last bento of the year!PicsArt_1419997013924

Today’s bento was… an adventure, to say the least.

This was the product of nearing tears and three attempts to cut out a Metallic Sliver out of Nori.

But I persevered. I love Magic: The Gathering. I love it so much that I went through the effort to buy a WALL CLOCK. I think only shops get these things. I’ve been into it since I was a tween, so over half my life, too.

So after cutting myself with my Xacto knife and nearly crying I finally came up with this bento!

In it is white rice with a cut out Nori Metallic Sliver, sliced okra, Daiya Chedder cheeze, konpeito candies (konpeito is pretty much a glorified Japanese rock candy), Gardein Beefless Tips, a vegetable spring roll, and Tofurky Hickory Smoked Deli Slices cut in the shape of a sun(it reminded me of the plains symbol in Magic: The Gathering).
