I try to use up all my leftovers before the week is out.
This week it was the white rice that I made too much of when making the Silver Chariot bento.
I also have most of a jar of my mom’s canned green beans. They’ll keep for longer than rice in my mini fridge, hence the disproportionate amount of rice. In this box is also Gardein’s beefless strips.
