I’ve been eating through my food collection; I’m trying to use up what I’ve got before I go out to buy more(although I want more tofu bags and need more kombu for dashi because I want to make udon and Inari Sushi).
If you recall the muffin loaf I made at one point late last year, you might know of my confusion at the squat can that came with the muffin mix full of blueberries. Today I opened that can(because I accidentally left my pineapple out Thursday) and added some to my bento! This box also features beefless tips, broccoli, carrot slices, asparagus and mashed potatoes. It’s not dazzling to look at, but it looks rather balanced compared to a lot of my older bento meals.
