“The Lazy, I Don’t Want to Pack Lunch, But I Want to go out to Eat Even Less” bento.

Yup, the same kind of bento as the last two days! I’m using the rest of the Gardein Meatless Meatballs and peas up, although there are still a couple of rice pockets. I also didn’t even bother with the snow peas because I was feeling incredibly lazy. Yes. Too lazy to even cut up snow peas and make them look cute to go in my bento box.

To be honest, I’m kind of embarrassed to post this bento on here ever since I’ve been trying to up the quality of the blog, but the truth of the matter is that sometimes people get incredibly lazy after working all day long(8 hours) and then working a few more hours on school work after that. Sometimes I don’t have time to make a beautiful bento box. Sometimes I don’t give two craps and just throw something together that will give me good nutritional value but save me the effort, hassle, and money from going out to eat. I dread having to go out to eat lunch during the work day. It’s a rush to get anywhere, get back to work and then eat. My boss said he doesn’t care if we go over a little on time for lunch if we do that, but I would rather take the full thirty minute lunch break to sit down and enjoy my meal and relax for a bit, chatting with my coworkers than deal with traffic. So in comes “The Lazy, I Don’t Want to Pack Lunch, But I Want to go out to Eat Even Less” bento.
