Okay, so maybe this whole bento isn’t fresh. I’m trying to use up the rest of this bag of Daiya Vegan Mozzarella(It’s delicious) and canned corn, but everything else was fresh prepared!
The Gardein chick’n was cooked up before I put the hot sauce and vegan cheese on it, and the vegetable sushi rolls were made from scratch but this time I only used cucumber and carrot; over half the last avocado went to waste because I didn’t touch it after the sushi. I really do not really like avocados.
It’s not fancy but I’m looking forward to it!
Side note, important blog stuff! I have a pretty exciting(to me anyway) surprise for you guys coming up on the blog! I will note that you will have to wait until after I go to the Cherry Blossom Festival in DC on the 4th of next month. I’m so excited!
