Shepardess’ Pie

Today I made a vegan Shepard’s pie! I used mashed potatoes, Gardein’s beefless grounds, sweet peas, and minced garlic. It is delicious, I just wish I used corn instead of peas, but since this dish is super easy to make, I can make it again once I eat up the rest!

Today’s bento is really simple, just a slice of one of my Shepard’s pies, celery, carrots and edamame.
