After making a bento like the one on Monday, I’m bound to have some leftovers.
Toay’s bento has the vinegar, onion, cucumber salad, some scrambled tofu with a bit of sweet potato thrown in, some hash browns, a strawberry, and pan cooked Gardein chick’n strips. The fun thing in here is the mock sushi rolls. I used thinly sliced raw zucchini and rolled inside of it some of that salad, sweet potato, and a little slice of green bean. They were really good!
