While not the prettiest bento, this one was up there in taste!
I go to my grandma’s on Thursdays for sewing lessons. Lately she’s been making vegan dinners that are pretty awesome.
Last week I was lucky enough to bring home some leftovers, so I washed out my bento and simply packed it at grandma’s.
This was really yummy as leftovers!
Along with the vegan nut-load, there is a half a baked potato with tofutti sour cream and garlic green beans. Yummy!
