Healthy Dinner


I made a really healthy dinner last night and it was top notch in terms of taste despite having no added oil!

It had an Ezekiel break copycat I picked up from the farmer’s market, steamed broccoli, and a mix of Tofurky’s Slow Roasted Chick’n, carrots, red pepper, and fresh cut tomato. I could have eaten 3 helpings this size and not have batted an eye but I’d only made one, so waaah.
